AI in recruiting

This study is a part of a bachelor thesis project, focused on researching how job seekers percieve the usage of artificial intelligence tools in the recruitment process. As AI becomes more intertwined with our lives, it becomes more important for companies to understand how job applicants feel about the use of AI, and how it affects them.
You will be asked some basic demographic questions, after which you will be asked to read three scenarios and answer some questions about how you feel about them. Finally, you will be asked a few general questions about your attitude to AI use in recruiting.
You can expect this survey to take about 8 minutes.
